If you or your cat do not like or use the cat tree (website models only)
we will give you a full refund within 7 days of the receipt.
Significant cat hair on the cat tree or noticeable wear on the post etc.
will only allow us to trade for a different model of equal value rather than a cash refund

If you've ordered a custom made cat tree and want to return it - we find it hard to sell to someone else and end up taking a huge loss.
So we normally cannot offer the money back guarantee on custom made items.

Warranties
CATMAN Cat Furniture 3 Year Structural Warranty
Under normal use it would be very rare to have structural breakage.
But if a step or any other part of the cat tree breaks,or becomes loose;
-take a picture and e-mail it to CATMAN for an assessment.
If it is an obvious defect then CATMAN will replace or repair the broken part.
If the damage appears to be from abnormal use then the unit can still be repaired but at a cost to the customer.
Shipping and delivery costs to our repair shop will be the responsibility of the customer.
CATMAN Cat Furniture carpet-wear warranty
Since we do not make the carpet - our carpet warranty is very limited.
Claims are assessed on an individual basis.
Due to labour costs and material costs we no longer offer recovering services as this service sometimes ends up costing more that the original price of the tree
